Bioderma Crealine H2O Review
As this is one of my favourite skin care products of all time (19 years or so…), I thought that it was about time I wrote a review for you guys :)
After I heard A Model Recommends talking about Bioderma in one of her YouTube videos, I decided to see if Bioderma could be the product I had been looking for. When I say Bioderma I mean Bioderma Crealine H2O I encountered the same opinion all over the internet and found out it is especially big in the make-up artist industry, as it is great at removing all of your make-up (no panda eyes in the morning, whoop!).
I also researched the ingredients that are used in Bioderma and discovered that it contains nothing that will irritate the skin. That was basically the decision made for me as not only was it a make-up remover but it was a cleanser that would not likely irritate my skin.
That was about May of this year. A few months later and I’m now half way through my second bottle of Bioderma; I use it twice a day to cleanse and also to remove my make-up and oh my goodness does this stuff move make-up! All I do is put a little bit on a cotton pad and your done. I also love it because it doesn't leave my skin feeling dehydrated, as though it’s had the goodness sucked out of it.
The only down side to speak of is that Bioderma isn't readily available in UK. You therefore have no choice but to purchase it over the internet at approximately £15, depending on which shop you buy it from. That said you do get a big 500ml bottle and a product you know is going to be kind to your skin! Here's a link to Guru Make Up Emporium where you buy this little gem of a product :) There are also various other bioderma products for different skin types from oily to mature, so why not check out the website Bioderma.
I really think it is worth that few extra pounds. As skin products go, Bioderma is close to perfect and I would definitely suggest you give this product a try. Like many others I love, love, love this product!
Do you have any favourite skin care products you just love or maybe you have a different view on Bioderma? Please do let me know what you think :)

Cat Comforts?
So here are a just a few pictures of my beautiful cats that keep me company throughout my days...

Waiting for a bit of a wash? |
All three of these cats seem
to play a significant roll in mine and my families lives. I'm not sure whether it is just us that are accustomed to showing their feline friends a
lot of love? Whether the
reasoning behind this is
because I spend the majority of
my time at home alone, and
they become my only way to
interact with anybody for 6-7
hours. Or, because some
people for what ever reason
are more open to letting
animals soften a little part
of themselves?

Pot Painting & Decopatch
Here in Sheffield we have two, that I know of, pottery painting shops Fired Arts and Planet Pot. If you love anything creative to do with paper, paints or pottery than this is most likely a shop for you!
Fired Arts has seating on two floors the top floor being used mostly for children's parties. If you are wanting to go with a group of ten or more than you can hire out the whole place whether this is for a hen party, team building, a birthday or just an evening with friends and a bottle or two of wine. You can paint a huge variety of pots a simple cup and saucer, a milk jug or why not a pot cow butter dish?!
This is what the full sheet of paper looked like on my cup |
You can also create a funky design with something called decopatch. You chose one pot or cardboard item to decopatch, one full size piece of patterned paper, a glue paint brush, a tub of glue and finally you get a box with a range of the paper in smaller pieces.
From then on it's simple as it resembles the paper mache process. You a tear a small piece of paper, spread glue where you want the paper to be, place the piece of paper when you have glued, glue over the piece of paper you have just put down making sure there are no air bubbles under neath.
Just to give you an idea what sort of affect a build up of different papers can give |
Finally if it is something that you will eat/drink off, or will need to be cleaned or get wet it will need to varnished by the professionals at the shop, you generally leave it for around 3-4 days before you can go pick it up from the shop. If it's just a decoration then you can take it away that day.
Here are a few pictures of the cup and saucer I decopatched on Tuesday, just to give you an idea of the sort of affect that it gives. I personally love how it looks and that is completely unique, no-one else will have this cup and saucer which kind of makes me feel special . . .
This is my finished cup! |
And here is the matching saucer! |
I enjoy my trips to Fired Arts so much when I leave the shop I'm thinking of what I could make an excuse to go back and make next time! I would highly suggest it if you need somewhere to just go think of nothing or try something different with a friend while eating a slice of cake and drinking tea.
Try see if you can root out a shop like this in your city?

A Trip to the Zoo
So here are few snaps of my time at the zoo! The animals are so very beautiful that I wish I was so lucky to them everyday!
Baby elephants are the first animals we encountered at the zoo and one had recently given birth to two babies!
It was adorable to see the mum being so protective over her two young babies!
Tiger number two! It may not be the best of photos but this tiger is so beautiful I had to put this picture up! Definitely one of my favourite animals that I saw.
A Meerkat look for the little baby who ran away with his food! Another favourite of mine for sure, just wish I could see the one I had adopted!
I had the best day watching the animals, eating lunch and having the best ice cream I've ever had - which is something as I usually don't like ice cream at all! I would definitely recommend to everybody a trip to zoo especially if you need to be cheered up.
Until next time :)

Emily and mum in the boot seats of the car on the way to Buxton.
Joseph messing around with my camera...
Me and Joseph being harassed by my little sister Emily, this was the best photo out of the lot!!
Was it a sweet sixteen?
